ProstPlanAI is intended for qualified healthcare professionals. Registration may require your professional license number (for example, CRM), specialty, and institution. By registering, you represent that this information is true and that you are legally qualified to practice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorized use.

ProstPlanAI must be used only for the professional purposes for which it is intended. You may not: (a) use the service for unlawful purposes; (b) enter third-party data without an adequate legal basis; (c) attempt to circumvent limits, security measures, or access controls; (d) copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software; (e) resell or sublicense access without authorization.

The software, brand, visual identity, texts, and models presented are protected by intellectual property rights. These Terms do not transfer to the user any right over ProstPlanAI's intellectual property, beyond the limited license of use described herein.

The user is responsible for the clinical data they enter and for the legal basis of its processing, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). The processing of such data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

ProstPlanAI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be free of errors or interruptions, nor that the results will be suitable for a specific case. Please also refer to the Medical Notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from the use of the service is limited to that set out in the Terms of Service.
