Terms of Service

ProstPlanAI offers a free plan (with a monthly calculation limit), an individual Premium plan (monthly or annual subscription), and an Enterprise/institutional plan (per seat). The features of each plan are described on the Plans page and may be adjusted.

Individual subscriptions are processed through the app stores (App Store and Google Play) and are also governed by those platforms' policies, including automatic renewal and subscription management within the store account. The Enterprise plan is billed under contract, through a payment processor (Stripe).

AI extraction credits, where applicable, are subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation of individual subscriptions is done directly in the corresponding app store. Refund requests follow the policies of the respective store. For the Enterprise plan, the agreed contractual conditions apply.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to external factors. Support is provided through the channels indicated in the application and on the website.

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of these terms, misuse, or legal requirement. The user may close their account at any time, including through the account deletion feature in the application.
