The application is not intended for patients, the general public, or self-diagnosis.

The results presented — including nomograms, risk calculations (such as PRECE and Briganti), outcome estimates, 3D visualization, and other analyses — are probabilistic estimates based on models published in the literature, applied to the data entered by the user.

These estimates may not apply to a specific patient and should not be used in isolation. The final clinical decision is always the responsibility of the attending physician, who must integrate them with the complete clinical picture, the applicable guidelines, and their individual assessment of the patient.

The prediction tools are statistical models and do not constitute a report, diagnosis, or prescription. ProstPlanAI does not perform automated diagnosis nor determine treatment.

The AI-based extraction of data from reports is a convenience feature; the automatically populated fields must be verified by the professional before any calculation or decision.

The use of ProstPlanAI does not create any physician-patient relationship between the application's developers and the user's patient. Responsibility for patient care rests entirely with the healthcare professional.

The accuracy of the results depends directly on the correctness of the data entered. The user is responsible for verifying age, PSA, staging, histological grade, biopsy data, and other information before using the results.

ProstPlanAI is not intended for emergency situations. In case of an emergency, care must follow the applicable clinical protocols.
