Clinical scenario
Biopsy numbers are abstract to the patient. The 3D prostate turns the report into an anatomic image anyone understands — and one that guides the surgical decision side by side.
Step by step in the app

Fill in or import the biopsy
Each positive sector becomes a sphere placed at the corresponding anatomic point of the prostate.

Read the color
The color of each sphere is the Gleason grade: green 3+3, yellow 4+3, orange and red the more aggressive grades.

Read the size
The size of the circle tracks the involved volume — the greater the percentage of the core, the larger the sphere.

See the MRI lesion
The pulsing blue sphere is the PI-RADS target; the green ring marks the targeted-biopsy sector.

Rotate and show the patient
The zones (PZ, TZ, CZ), the sides (R/L) and the risk bars help explain why the plan changes from one side to the other.
Clinical pearls
- The visualization is generated from the same data that feed PRECE — image and calculation speak the same language.
- Rotating the model in front of the patient improves understanding and informed consent.
