Objective
Fill in the case from a PDF report using automatic AI extraction, with manual review.
Clinical scenario
Typing PSA, PI-RADS, stage and 12 biopsy sectors by hand takes time and introduces errors. AI extraction does that heavy lifting.
Step by step in the app

Import the PDF
On the Input tab, tap Import PDF Reports. Use the document scanner, the gallery or the file picker.

Send it to the AI
The PDFs (up to 5 MB each, 10 MB total) are sent to Gemini AI. Wait for the extraction-complete message.

Review the fields
PSA, volume, PI-RADS, stage, biopsy cores, lesions, age and date come pre-filled. Check them before calculating.

Adjust whatever is missing
Manually correct or complete any field that the report did not state explicitly.
Clinical pearls
- Human review is mandatory: the AI speeds things up, but the clinical responsibility is yours.
- Several PDFs at once (biopsy + MRI) are combined into the same case.
- Extraction consumes credits — plan batch use for busy clinic days.
